  • This location has AMAZING customer service. The woman who helped us (I believed her name was Mariev?) was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had made a purchase at the Caesar's palace location where we also received great customer service but Mariev was just phenomenal- going above and beyond and EXCEEDED our expectations. My mother and I were interested in buying a wallet for my 16 year old brother- his only request: that it be a bifold wallet with a coin purse. Mariev knew exactly which wallets to showcase and she instantly presented us with the Amerigo wallet in Damier Graphite which we ultimately decided on for the coin purse alone. Mariev also assisted my other guest in purchasing a wallet, handbag, and an additional strap. It was at this location where Mariev offered us the complimentary personalization on the wallets that the Caesar's location did not offer the night before- so amazing! We had a total of 3 wallets personalized, including the wallet we had purchased at the Caesar's location. Mariev even offered to spell out my mom and my aunt's names, even though they surpassed the 3 letter limit. Very friendly and customer service oriented-definitely stopping by again and I hope all our visits continue to amaze us. (I am not 100% on the spelling of the employee so I will update my review once I get confirmation on her name-she deserves all the recognition she can get!)
