  • My favorite ice cream shop. Period. One of my favorite ice cream flavors was made by Ben and Jerry's and it was a limited release that is no longer available. Scotchy Scotch Scotch was a butterscotch swirl in butterscotch ice cream and it was amazing. That said, Sweet Republic's Salted Butter Caramel ice cream checks the same boxes and my palate is so thankful. Also had a scoop of the Brown Butter Pecan, which is also amazing. Great friendly and attentive service, even when the place is overrun with ice cream aficionados, made this trip an absolute joy. I can't wait to do it again.
