  • Called and scheduled yearly check up with no cleaning because Brittney already did a great job 2 months ago. Debra was argumentative about my appointment and didn't believe me that i scheduled check up no cleaning. She was repeating over and over that only the tooth that bothers me will be checked. Explained to her about the cleaning that happened 2 months ago with no check up and that i want to make sure all is fine as of this moment. Same happened with the dentist..i mean for real if i want a check up and i schedule one i should be able to do so without annoyed faces looking at me. Especially after the dentist checked my mouth for 30 seconds and it didn't kill any of them. Im curious to see how they will charge my insurance now. But i really like Brittney and I missed the nice and warm attitude of dr. Toogood. Im giving 3 stars because being a customer and paying for it i should get any service i want without the need to explain my self.
