  • I just want to say how much I'm enjoying living here!! I moved in a few weeks ago. For those who are less familiar, Forest Park is an older apartment setting, so it is often overlooked. While no, there are no granite countertops or stainless steel appliance packages, there is beautiful charm and gripping character. There are tranquil fountains nearly everywhere -honestly, there are so many I have yet to count! There are peaceful courtyards, with the sounds of trickling water and chirping birds. Honestly, it's not like being in the Phoenix desert at all! The office staff is friendly and accommodating. The grounds well kept. The trash is taken out multiple times per week. The only negative I see, is that, at least in my apartment, there is ample noise from the older pipes and from my neighbors above me. These minor things don't bother me though, as the noises are sounds of life and during reasonable, waking hours -I feel safe in the reminder that I'm not alone. If those sounds seem unappealing to you, live on a top floor! Other that that small thing, I'm a fan of Forest Park Apartments and hope to become a long term resident!
