Horrible customer service. They have a miniature 15 day warranty on nearly everything in the store unless you agree to pay them an extra fee which amounts to about 40% of the original cost of the item. The original sales person wasn't at all qualified to sell or knowledgable about the Chromecast Stick that was sold. As a result, it did not work with my cell phone, and thus wasn't covered by Best Buy. Won't EVER go to this miserable excuse for a retail store again. They talk down to their customers, are extremely arrogant, and evidently are specifically trained that way to earn money to take advantage of their0 customers. What goes around, comes around Best Buy. And their reputation is shot as you can see by all of their stores ratings...
