| - I had training for two days at the Aria Convention Center. I was extremely impressed! Not only is the convention part of the hotel nice just like the hotel, they offer an amazing catering service. When I arrived in the morning, there was breakfast available in our conference room that included bagels, fruit, muffins, soda, water, coffee, and juice. Right before we started training, the Aria staff removed breakfast and left us with soda and bottled water. We also had water pitchers on each table, pens, paper, and candy.
Around 12 we would take our lunch. Right outside of our room there was a buffet style lunch set up when we came outside. Each day included many options in addition to salad and dessert. Each day has a different theme. Later on in the afternoon, after our last break, the staff would bring us a snack. The first day it was cookies and the second day it was brownies. So they provided us two meals, snacks, and unlimited beverages. I think thats pretty amazing! Usually when you're in a conference you have expenses...not here.
I would assume that the catering service is an additional option that companies pay for, but I'm not sure. I saw a lot of conference rooms with the same set up, but not all of them. So maybe it's included in the price?
The catering staff was extremely friendly and respectful of coming in and out of the room quietly while we were learning.
