  • It is a good store for watch enthusiasts of all kinds. The people who work there do appear to base it off commission so I would recommend not wasting their time and doing your research at home and knowing what you want. They can be rude and dismissive if you are just browsing - understandable since I do not think the economy has been kind. The key to good service here is be polite, be assertive and be genuine. Commit yourself to knowing about the product that you want and do your research. If you do not know enough but have shown some commitment, they will offer you brochures, let you try out a watch, and even give you their business card if you need to think about it.
