  • This is my all time favorite all you can eat sushi place in Las Vegas. I've been coming here since right after I moved here when they were pretty new, in early 2008. I am pretty much obsessed with some of their rolls, my favorites are Full Moon, Lava Flow, Nyi, Red Rock, and Treasure, but I honestly haven't tried anything I don't like. The nigiri it's always delicious, and I also definitely recommend the Vanilla Berry Parfait for dessert. I am disappointed that they stopped carrying "white tuna" aka Escolar, but that seems to be city-wide. The private rooms are great for larger groups, I'd suggest making a reservation ahead of time for those. They have plenty of beer, wine, and sake, and the best part is that Oyshi is open until 3am! Best AYCE sushi in Vegas!
