  • I had a Groupon for this place today. The experience itself was fine, the student assigned to me was very nice and sociable (although she needs a lesson in appropriate conversation with clients-complaining about your education at the school your doing my hair in isn't a confidence booster for a client). The hair, however, was not so great. I asked for thick blonde layers to lift my root color instead of getting an all over color. I wanted a cut that evened out my weird choppy layers and neither of those things happened. The hair color is virtually unchanged and I was charged an additional $10 because the tiny highlights appeared brassy so they used a toner. My hair cut was pitiful and the styling did absolutely nothing for the work this student had put in for the three hours leading up to it. I likely won't return to the Studio for hair, but who knows the facials sound great
