  • I was referred to this company by my home warranty service and wish I had read these reviews first. They are horrible! Do not use them! We were given a time frame from 11 - 1. No-one showed or called by 12:45 so I called Veteran's. From that point on we were told every hour "he will be there in an hour and that yes, he would be able to fix the problem when he arrived". Billy (his shirt said Frank) finally showed up at 5:00, was rude and condescending, charged us $50 and told us he couldn't do anything until the next day. I immediately called the home warranty company and requested a new plumber for the next day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
