| - Ehran had no idea of the value of my house. He had me waste my precious time and that of other realtors. He was 80k off, yes 25% low. It was so low even my neighbor put in an offer, "it was so low why not" my neighbor said. He didnt even present the offers until 2 weeks afterwards, and the highest offer was withdrawn because they got no answer to their offer, i didnt even know about their offer! Unfortunately his mls is permanently attached to my house and now that I relisted with another realtor everybody wants to know why the old mls was so low. Plus investors keep calling me (relentlessly) trying to get the house at the low price. Wish I never used him. Honest review- complete fact.

I see your response Ehren, but we already discussed, and your office denied the late presentation of my offers and mis-commuications. Fact- The highest cash offer was withdrawn because it wasn't presented to me timely and they also stated that your office wouldn't call them back. Now that ridiculously low priced MLS is PERMANENTLY in the system and Zillow, and investors are STILL calling me left and right trying to snatch the house for that low price. As I am relisting for a reasonable amount, everybody is asking me what the deal is and its adding a lot of confusion. As it turns out the house IS valued at what I owe the bank. Thank you for taking the time to answer my review, but your acting like we didn't discuss this before I asked for a release. That MLS for 307,000 is becoming a huge hassle. please spend a little more time doing a comp and at least look at the satellite map, being on the lake makes a difference in the price.
