Was there on 4/18/15 at first just to look but decided to purchase. Our sales person said that they could get me in right then and it would take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. This was at 11am. Sounded good to us so we said go ahead. We were having a stereo and XM put in. We walked to get lunch and was gone for 1 hour. Came back to find out that they didn't have a part and sent someone to get it. That took a little over 45 mins. When he got back he said it would be about 25 mins. After 25 we were still waiting. Came to us again and apologized and said it was taking more time, about 25 more mins. Finally after 3 hours of waiting my car was done, but was it really.....NOPE they forgot to put in the XM. So they took the car back around and it would be 15 mins. Was it...NOPE. 25mins. Also they forgot to give me the remote control for the stereo. Luckily the sales person brought it to us. I really didn't want to go back in there. In total that 1-1 1/2 hours was 3 hours and 45 mins. Not once did a manager come to us to apologize or to see how we were. Our sales person was the only one. What kind of customer service is this!!!! Also, their "waiting room" is disgusting. The chairs all have stains on them. Who wants to sit on that. Never again. I would rather pay more and get better service. Horrible experience. I may not have spent thousands but I did spend a few hundred and that is alot to us. I expect more for my money.
