  • Ribs & Burgers, do you pay attention to yelp? The first time we came here, a couple interrupted us at the register to say they had been waiting forty minutes for their food. The woman actually encouraged us to leave. So we did. It was one of those moments where curiosity gets the best of you, so we went back the next day. I guess we waited 15-20 minutes, which is fine. I was afraid my vegetarian burger would be bland, so I ordered jalapeños. This was not the case! The portobello was packed with flavor. Super delicious. It was also so big that I didn't need to order the sweet potato tots. My only compliant is that the mushroom is so juicy that it made the bottom bun soggy (yuck), but maybe that's just #portobelloproblems. The lamb rack was served over fries, and whatever issues he had with it seemed to be inherently lamb related (tougher type of meat, etc). Some issues need to be remedied: house water, or a quicker way to order a second drink (perhaps asking a passing server), and bigger plates. Serving meals on a cutting board is cute, but doesn't leave enough room to effectively cut your rack of ribs. Some proper hot sauce would be nice too.
