  • Our Thanks to Steven and 5 Star for the Same day service when our water heater quit working. 5 Star worked with our home Warranty company and contacted us within a half hour of the posting the service order. They set up a window for the service and the Technician kept in contact letting us know when he would arrive. Our technician Steven was polite and thorough. He checked the the entire system, Diagnosed the problem and walked me through the process one step at a time. He made sure I knew what he was doing and why. The whole repair took less than 1 hour. He cleaned and checked all the components installed a new Thermocouple, lit and re-lit the gas water heater and checked the pressure relief valve and bled air from the tank that had been making noise. I highly recommend Steven and 5 Star Home Services Inc. I will not hesitate to call them again for any other repairs we need. Thanks again Steven for getting us back up and running.
