  • Long over due for a review ! First off his first visit was great. He needed a vaccine but we were in and out in 30 minutes check in was a breeze, front office staff was very welcoming and Dr. Bivens was great! Now recently my pup was sick , I called them on a Sunday morning (they only work half day then ) and thankfully they were able to get us in and seen on short notice.Dr. Bivens is extremely knowledgable, he is great at explaining his diagnosis and the necessary treatment. The following week my pup still wasn't doing much better so again I called on an early morning and they were able to see Desmond , I really appreciate how accommodating this office is with emergencies and walk ins. Happy to say Desmond is finally feeling better all thanks to Dr.Bivens and his team ! Thank you guys so much! I highly recommend this practice to anyone !
