  • All that glitters is not gold indeed. ...Let me start of by saying the model apartment is beautiful.New appliances, brand new carpet, everything is shiny and new . Well I really can't say that about my apartment, I really wasn't expecting everything to be shiny and new but I wasn't expecting to move into a filthy apartment either. I had to clean everthing. The appliances are from the stone age and if you don't give maintenance permission to enter expect to wait three weeks or more to have something fixed. The upstairs apartments flooring feels super unstable due to what seems to be previous water damage..I do have to say they try and keep up the grounds as clean as possible but the pools are gross one is never in working condition, and the other is always dirty.. I really cannot wait until my lease is up in six months. ..Renter beware! !
