  • Judging from the reviews I think we dodged a bullet here... Bill was eager to do a bid but never produced one. Called Bill many times and just think job was not what they were looking for, some easy quick cash...go elsewhere....6 months later the owner replies....defensive posture as are all of his other replies.... William says "This could not be further from the truth. We work very hard to make our customers happy. We have been in business for 15 years in the valley and have a wonderful reputation. One of the few pool construction businesses that survived the market crash in 2007 and continues to complete nice projects." ....I guess he's just calling me a liar then. I guess if you fall for his line of bullshit then I can't help you...I ended up going with CDC pools Justin was the sales person and Ron led the teams onsite. Wonderful job great service, if an issue came up they were responsive and actually "owned it" unlike what you see in Williams company via the posts below... Keep defending yourself here I'm sure it's doing wonders for your bottom line...BTW if you notice, 6 months for him to reply to my post, as responsive as Bill was.... Again run away while you have the chance
