  • My husband and I are currently renting and it's always a phone tag mess whenever something needs repaired. I really appreciate Elite Appliance Repair's customer service. They usually give an estimated time - for example 1:00-5:00pm. They've never given me a hard time when I've called to ask for an ETA. They are super friendly over the phone! When your tech is on the way they send you a text with their location and how long it's going to take them to get to you! Our tech James came out twice and I really appreciated his sense of urgency when fixing our dishwasher and also how respectful he was when entering our home - wiping his shoes. James was extremely professional. All in all we had a wonderful customer experience thanks to James and those at Elite Appliance Repair .
