  • If I could give less than one star I would. This business is a scam, their techs have no idea what they are doing and they continue to lie to you over the phone. One month after hiring them my pool looked WORSE than when I had no pool service. The entire pool was covered in algae and coated in silt on the bottom. (See picture) additionally they informed me that my filters needed cleaned so i said go ahead and take care of it.. 2 weeks later a different tech told me that my filters weren't working properly. The tech that cleaned them did not seal the filter!! I was paying for a full service and complained once a month atleast about the lack of attention my pool was getting. FINALLY Russell (possibly the owner) called and said that they made a mistake and that he would give me the next month for free.. no call no show since then and have not returned a single call or text. This company is AWFUL, do yourself a favor and stay away.
