  • Tierra Del Sol is one of the worst apartment complex to live in by far, where do I start. After moving in all of these bugs started to appear (majority of them were roaches), when it rained the ceilings leak, and the management was ridiculous. We were overcharged for my rent and utility bills. Make sure you always keep your receipts from them because they will overcharge you. The neighbors would fighting late at night. Servers tenant had their possession stolen (car break-ins, motorcycle theft, the list goes on.
