  • The screen broke on my iPhone 5. I brought it in and was told it would take a half hour and cost $75. Came back and my phone screen was replaced but didn't work. The owner tried 3 different screens but none worked. He sent the phone off to a specialist. I was without a phone for 2 days. Later I got word my phone was officially broken. I was upset. Owner said he'd order me a phone. I was like, "this is nuts!" The phone arrived. He apologized and thanked me for my patience. Phone cost him $250. He only charged me the original $75. There's a lot of talk out there about honorable men. Whether or not true gentlemen still exist. Well, let me tell you that a honest and just man works within the walls of iTel. A man worth his weight in gold. Perhaps the only man left on this earth deserving of our respect. The dignity and respect oozes out of this man like lava from a peaceful volcano. A hero. A sweet prince of electronics repair. A man as complex and sleek as the mobil devices he repairs. Other electronic repair owners whimper at his nobility. Royalty in the eyes of those he services. A God among men. His name? Didn't catch it actually.
