  • This place is a fun place to go and spend with friends and family however.... You must have patience because they are so unorganized and they all pass the problem you go to them with. No one knows what to do. We've been buying season passes since they opened and I'm a bit upset because when I bought my season passes a few months ago, it seemed as if I was gonna get the best deal of the season but they currently have a buy 2 get 1 season pass promo that is going on! So upset! I've been buying season passes every year since they've been open and every year if it's not one thing, it's another. I feel as though I should get a refund back for one of my passes considering I buy 4 every year! Ive been calling the customer service number and no one ever picks ups or returns my calls! Will not be buying passes next year!
