  • I recently purchased a used MacBook Pro and I needed to erase the old data and reinstall the OS and I didn't have the original disks. My internet at home was too slow to do this, so I went to the Apple Store and JF was very helpful in helping me to clear off the hard drive and do a clean install of the OS. I even found a nice hard case for my new (used) computer. I don't know of any other company that is this helpful with older used products purchased somewhere else. Thanks Apple Store!
