  • The pharmacy at this location is beyond incompetent. Drop the scripts off and ask you have both his insurance plans on file right ? Yup we do! Come back to pick up and find out that nope they don't have the insurance info on file. Run back home. Give the cards wait 10 minutes girl comes back to the window "Can you pull around so we can help the car behind you?" Sure why not... come back around and "oh we're still working on it" Another 5 minutes waiting and she comes back "oh we don't take his insurance" seriously you have to be kidding me. So I got the scripts back and went to Walgreens and they have them filled and out the door in 6 minutes. CVS is a joke!!
