  • My parents are visiting from Tennessee for a few weeks to visit family and to celebrate their 40th anniversary. Typically we can get into Tahiti Village, (Club De Soleil sister site) but I guess they were booked for Easter, hardly doubt that but it is what it is. My parents booked two studio rooms and I knew my mom and dad would of really enjoyed a one bedroom suite for our stay, so I called to see if they could upgrade my parents room. I spoke to Samara and explained that my parents were celebrating their 40th anniversary and if there was anything she could do, without hesitation she offered to upgrade their room to a one bedroom suite, I was thrilled and I knew they would be really happy as well. Once I checked in I notice that not only did Samara upgrade my parents room she upgraded mine as well! That was so nice of her, I wasn't expecting that at all. It was really nice having a full kitchen so we could cook breakfast and dinners together, the beds were super comfy, the pool and hot tub were large and not too many people were there so that was nice, I enjoyed the water in the lobby that had orange slices in it everyday and also their small continental breakfast was perfect to grab and go; the gentleman working it was really friendly as well! I noticed in the reviews that people complained about paper thin walls but it wasn't an issue, I could hear people walking above us sometimes but I never heard my neighbors next door to us and I know they were there cause we said hi to them in the hallways haha. I loved that they had their lobby area decorated in Easter decorations and they also had an Easter egg hunt for kids and an Easter bunny to take pictures with! You can tell this place is definitely family friendly, it also has a mini golf course you can enjoy in the shade. My family and I stay at many resorts and we both agreed that everyone that we came in contact with at Club De Soleil was super friendly and accommodating. Thank you Samara and Club De Soleil for making my parents 40th anniversary and our Easter extra special!
