  • I been coming here for a while now. Its out of my way but the trip was always worth it until today. I have always come in as a walk in and never had issues with it. They told me it was a 45min wait time so I was ok with it. I understood but after an hour pass by and I walk to the front counter ask how much longer and the lady said "well their is only 2 of us and someone is leaving at 2pm" which by this time it was 1pm. I didn't get an apology or anything she seem to not care that I been patiently waiting. If I would of known they where low staff i could of just left in the beginning . Not to mention there was no one else left in the salon besides my daughter. I end up asking her to removed me from the waiting list. It's sad that no apology was given. I will not be back. After a year of being a loyal customer. I refused to ever step a foot into this place.
