  • We just returned from a 3-day R2R Grand Canyon Hike and AOA made an amazing experience even better! Our guide, Brian, struck the perfect balance of attentiveness and independence- reading our group perfectly and each person's needs with experience, warmth, and professionalism. Our "Aide-de-Camp", Ty, was beyond helpful and was relentless in his support of the group at the front and back-end of our trip. This is a spectacular and challenging 3-day adventure. You will get sore and you will push your body. You need to train well in advance of this trip. The great news is if you come into the trip having done your work you can count on AOA taking care of a lot of the details and logistics allowing you to enjoy your hike with a lighter day pack. AOA has a very safe and professional team top-to-bottom. From booking to operations this company is impressive! We are already talking about booking Havasupai Falls next year and we just left Scottsdale this morning! Thanks Brian, Ty, and AOA for a trip of a lifetime!
