  • Drove over 20 miles for an appointment I had made well over 3 weeks ago, only to be told after sitting in a chair for over 40 min to start work on my teeth only to be told that I was either going to have to wait it out or make another appointment. They knew I had to leave by 3:00 pm for another appointment, with that said, they waited to tell me while I sat there for over 40 min. I would have to reschedule! Who does this? Will not be returning. Either me or my husband. Our time is as important as their time.
