  • I had called Air Force One Air Condition and spoke with Scott - They were an authorized dealer for my minisplit unit. Air Force one did not return my call - I called one more time - they said they did not hear back for the supplier for my remote for my unit and would call me back. Three hours later no call - I went back to the factory site and found Neils AC listed - I called and spoke with Mary - Mary was wonderful - polite - professional - and took care of my problem right away with my minisplit remote control. Next time i need Air Conditioning service - I am phoning Neil's AC -- I was very impressed.
