  • Had an appt to tint the windows on my new vehicle at 9am this morning. This was confirmed and agreed to with Dan. I showed up on time and was surprised to find out he was not home. I spoke to a young lady who answered the door and she informed me that he was not there. I waited around for a few more minutes with no luck. I rearranged my work schedule to get this done first thing in the morning so I am very disappointed and would not recommend Dan to anyone. I am giving it 1 star only because it won't allow for no stars and the young lady was very friendly and I did eventually get a phone call from Dan apologizing and saying he forgot to put the appointment down on his calendar. Not a good enough reason if you ask me.
