  • Unfortunately a couple workers can ruin your experience at a shop. The store is not busy. There is a little old lady waiting for air. Guys are just ignoring her. She told me shes neen waitong for 10 minutes and nobody has even acknowledged her. l tried to wave a guy down for her, but he just came over and told me to move my car. I know i am asking for a free service, but if they refuse to help, is it really free or even a service? After 5 minutes, i pulled up to the air again and 2 guys came out and told me I need to move again. They can come out and have you move, but they cannot take 30 seconds to put 4 lbs of air in 1 tire? I wasted an additional 10 minutes waiting for air, as 3 guys are gathered together laughing, taking a tire off of 1 wheel... Still ignoring the lady waiting for over 20 minutes. I waited for 5 more minutes and then i left. Thank you for wasting 25 minutes of my morning.
