  • The General Manager at this location is Rude, Unhelpful, and Racist. I came in upset because I purchased a brand new vehicle and within a months time I was stranded twice. He belittled me by saying umm huh, umm huh, you done? If you can be nice, maybe I'll help you. So I said to him, I paid 31000 for a vehicle and I'm not suppose to be mad? He refused to help me and found a black salesman to help me. The insult is that because I'm black he chose a black person to talk to me. Fabian Beta (General Manager) is a disgrace to PHX Auto nation.
