  • After being a loyal customer for full 9 years, I had to stop buying the pretzels here today. I came earlier as usual and saw how the pretzels and buns were unloaded to the shelves. Right in front of me two plastic boxes from the dirty floor were put on uncovered bread. And I mean it. When the boxes are of different sizes one often tries to put smaller boxes on top trying make the stack solid. Small case falls into a larger one and the dirty bottom, seconds ago standing on a dirty floor contacts uncovered bread flat. Really unexpected from Brandt, who seemed to keep a good care of hygiene and cleanliness.
