  • Had lunch here today for the first time in a long time. I used to eat at their old location in the esplanade but it closed (Hillstone reopened across the street). I got the thai sirloin salad though I normally get the cheeseburger as it's made from freshly ground beef daily - I digress. The beef was cooked medium rare, as requested and the noodles and salad were exquisite. The price point ($20) is a little high for a salad but it's pretty amazing.
