  • What a rental fiasco! They have 20 stations but only 2 employees working. There are 3 peeps ahead of me and after 15 mins line does not move. One employee suggests I use the new 'live' kiosks. These kiosks use 1970s pay phone receivers to skype with Dollar agents. They can't hear me and then their whole system goes down. Back to the counter. No one can print my contracts because none of the printers are working. Waited 15-20 mins for printers to work. Insanity at its finest!
