  • I got a promotion at work, that came with a raise and an office instead if a cubicle, so I decided to reward myself with a trip to Office Max to stock up my new digs. It was a bit like a trip to Costco where you go in for toilet paper and come out $500 later. I got post it notes in every color, pads of paper and colored paperclips. Then I hit the pen isle and got carried away with fancy pens, highlighters and sharpies. I was like a kid in a candy store and just couldn't stop! I bought a dry erase calendar and pens, an address book and a business card folio. I am all set. Now, I hope I don't get fired Monday! I won't know what to do with all of this stuff.
