  • I had an appt. with them yesterday. It was for 11am. They called at 11:30 and said they would be here in an hour, or maybe an hour and an half, or maybe longer. I asked them, so when are you coming? He said the same thing again. I then replied "Oh, that's nice." To which the guy then said "we won't come then" and hung up on me!! I then got an email thanking me for letting them know I needed to cancel. To which I replied "Liar, I did not cancel" and told them the story. Now get this....I got an email from THEM telling me their employees don't have to put up with my verbal abuse and to never contact them again. I told them the whole entire story again just to make sure they realized what kind of people they are employing. Holy smoke, they are a mess.
