I see Neil took time to reply to my post b/c it was the truth. A hit dog will holler (look it up). Your reply to me was reaching, and of no substance. Get over yourself. I shared MY honest experience with other Yelpers and THAT was what happened when I came to your store. I could have chosen any of these low-rent shifty pawn places to give away my unwanted jewelry but chose your store b/c of who you PRETEND to be on television. You were NOT the jolly-jeweled fat guy on commercials and on Channel 13. And yes, you are correct that you nor this junk shop have anything to do with my happiness. It's a shifty pawn shop so I don't expect any Rhodes Scholars or professional people in here, but do expect decent level of customer service. Grow up and learn to receive feedback other than "everything was great!" Take my post as constructive criticism to IMPROVE your poor customer service. Lastly, your reply about ME not being friendly is ridiculous...I spoke to YOU when you walked to the glass but regardless of that, if someone is a returning patron or simply visiting your store, go ahead and be the fantastically fake person you are on TV. Remember to use this as feedback to be polite to your next patrons and to be consistent with your acting skills.
I came to see about getting cash for a ring I never wear. I sold my ring got so-so money, that's ok. But I'd chosen this place b/c of how awesome and energetic the guy (Neil?) seems on tv. I've seen the commercials and his spill on the Daily Blend however in person he was nothing like his fun tv persona. Not even friendly. Hmm. Silly me. That's all an act. I get it. Overall customer service was meh.
