  • Silverton Buffet Not the FIRST nor probably the last issue we'll have since we go there often. Only once has our issue at a Silverton Restuarant been addressed; but it was a different restuarant and manager for Mi Casa - Matt Anderson (good mgr- whose concerned and took action). To Whom It May Concern First of all You have 3 Diamond/Platinum customers who all felt the same way. Unfortunately I don't personally know the other two; however we all complained when we finally arrived at the front of the line. Cashier Rose was so much faster than the Caucasian cashier (name unknown) that she cleared the entire regular line before the other cashier cleared 4 Diamond/Platinum and 3 HC customers. Neither of the cashiers focused or acknowledged the D/P customers. When the first Diamond/Platinum customer finally was acknowledged , she complained to the cashier Rose. Rose smiled, apologized and even laughed about it which only infuriated that D/P customer. I don't know the entire conversion but you could see how upset she was; as we are still standing in line waiting. Then instead of Rose calling the next D/P customer; she pulls from the regular line again. The Caucasian cashier either too slow or taking too long, called a H/C customer. We've been waiting over 10-15mins and they pull a regular customer who just walked up. again, passing up the D/P customer waiting in front of us. View your cameras - you'll see it. When my husband spoke with the Manager Susan - he informed her of the issue and she said, "I apologize, I'll take care of it". The first D/P who was waiting in line to be seated confirmed to Susan what my husband was telling her. Susan said she'll take care of it. Now all there of us who just complained are waiting to be seated. Susan herself pulls guest from the regular line and seats them. She did the exact same thing her cashiers are doing. Doesn't make any sense. Had I know Ariana the GM was going to assist our server we would have spoken to her then. We didn't know until after the fact and didn't want to have to call her back. Caelen / CJ was good - we had not problems with him. He was actually the best employee there. Although Rose apologized and even suggested to the Caucasian cashier to switch they didn't. Susan the manager saw us as we were leaving. She saw me gesturing to CJ so she commented "You like him ?" I told her yes he's good but that's not where you problem is as I pointed to the cashiers. She then said, "I apologize." I don't think she really cares and is not sincere because actions are louder than words. Check out my YELP Aloha and Mahalo...
