  • Saturday was my second time at this place, I even brought my Bestie for a mani-pedi. WRONG MOVE. We walked in and it went WRONG at the door. I was asked if I wanted a gel color and the woman sent me over to the non gel polishes. My Bestie also said he wanted a mani-pedi, there was a joke about his color... And no one EVER started on him. I had to ask who is going to do him. I, at this point was not happy. I was then told the polish was not gel, so I decided get out of here, it's declining REALLY fast. I just asked for clear gel polish so I could get out of what ever this is. Another manicurist came over to get the basket of gel sample nails for HER client. 4 other people were serviced before my Bestie. I told the manicurist just do a clear gel polish so we can get out of here, you all are not customer friendly today. I'm going back to the shop down the street. This was A HOT MESS!!!? WE LIVE in that neighborhood and I'm PISSED that we were treated with such uneasiness. Men come to get their mani-pedis. I've been in there before. My manicure wasn't done properly the first time, but OK, crap happens. I'm NOT sure what happened on such a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Was the shop overwhelmed, did you all not have the balls to say, we will not service a black male...WTF? We are both new to Phoenix and this is not indicative of Phoenix, BUT it is clearly not good business.
