  • Well, this is an awful review to write, but I have to share how kind and helpful the staff have been at this difficult time in our lives. We worked closely with Shane Meloy. He walked us through the entire process and even paused us when we got ahead of him. Trust me-if you have any questions, they have probably already thought of it and it may be something that is already included in the service. They worked with my father's life insurance provider to receive payment for the services so that my Mom didn't have to worry about it. They listened to our requests, were patient with us, and were understanding at a difficult time in our lives. Even after the service, they have provided great service. Upon picking up the death certificates, I noticed the flowers from my Dad's service were being removed. I was assured that new sod would be placed to make his grave look better and they could also provide us with a permanent vase for flowers (we passed on this as his headstone will have two). This was an unexpected and unfortunate circumstance in our lives, and I am grateful to the staff at Palm. We have already received information for a Christmas tree lighting in which we can continue to celebrate my Dad's life.
