  • This place needs an over haul....badly.....as Matthew S said, The Bay is decent, but could be so much better. Take the Queen location for instance.....better selection, better store layout and friendlier ppl for the same size of square footage. Albeit that the Queen location is the flagship store....this location is close to BAY.....so one would think that tourists would think that this is the main location and so in turn it should be kept like the main store. Their women's clothes section is for old ladies, the show section is non-existant and there is NO toy section anymore.....but if you want cosmetics or Canada clothes, this is your location. The bathroom in this place is hideous - do not go here...hold it. Oh and does anyone ever go to the top floor to eat? Remove the restaurant and use the floor space better! I am not impressed by this location, but it doesn't taint my over all feeling for The Bay.
