This is my second review, and I give Game Repair 4 stars this time because I had an issue (if you read my first review you will know) and it got resolved. After I posted my first review, the owner's son messaged me and apologized for the mistake. He offered me a partial refund. I wasn't expecting that! He sent out the refund in a timely manner. He even gave me the tracking number! haha. It's nice that the owner's son reads the reviews and offers some compensation. I'm sure every bad experience is different though. I'm completely satisfied that my issue has been resolved!
