  • Went to the Macy's jewelry department and waited no problem busy day but when we were finally helped the women behind the counter was so rude not polite at all she never smiled once! I bought some jewelry and a box of Macy's chocolate she had the nerve to imply that produce wasn't from her store like I wanted to pay for something that came from another store ridiculous but her additude about it for shame on her. She didn't have on a name tag so I had to ask her what her name was ileana the worst customer service representative ever!!!!
