  • I'd give zero stars if I could. They are liars and swindlers. I learned my lesson the hard way. They keep you there for hours to switch to ATT, and make you just want to get done so you can get out of there. I was promised a bundling discount, which I never got, even though I had it written on their papers by the salesman. I spent hours during several phone calls and visits back to try and receive my promised discount but never got it. I was not told I wouldn't get the full switch over reimbursement because the salesman told me I had all this store credit to use up before I left. He made it seem as if My phones being traded in were worth a lot of money so I'd get the maximum switch over allowance plus the store credit. He offered me two iPad minis for $99 each but neglected to tell me I'd be paying $20 a month for two years in a contract! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING and pay careful attention or you'll be swindled too! The staff is very deceptive and sneaky is their business practice.
