  • If I could give this store a negative star I would. They are the most rude people I have ever encountered. I am used to waking into Louis Vuitton stores and at a mere minimum being greeted. I was never greeted. When I decided to ignore the fact that none of the sales people even acknowledged our presence, I continued to look around for the items that I needed to purchase today. I picked up and item to look at the inside and I was immediately told that if I wanted to look at something I need to let her know and she would give it to me. I was furious at this point and left the store. I would never in a million years, or to save my life, ever come back to this location!! I will drive all the way to Atlanta or Jacksonville like I have in the past to make a purchase. This location is f***ing ridiculous!
