  • I checked this place out because I had a coupon for a free coffee and a coupon for a $5 steak and egg sandwich. When I tried to redeem both I was refused and told that I could use only one coupon per visit. The manager pointed out the fine print, and explained that the purpose is to encourage customers to visit multiple times. I told him if he didn't allow me to redeem both then I would not return, and the manager stood his ground and refused the accommodation. The sandwich was passable, but the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I certainly won't be returning.
