  • After trying 2 different Pilates studios in Las Vegas I have finally found the studio for me. I just love Power Yoga + Pilates and think they do a great job at this studio. The manager Jami is as cute and friendly as she can be (all the employees are friendly and helpful) and the studio is kept very clean. I did the new student unlimited month and checked out a hot Power Yoga class as well as a hot flow class (all yoga classes are hot with the exception of the Yin class) and I found both classes to be very good and the hot yoga studio smelled fresh and the floors were clean (no carpet, it was nice engineered hardwoods). I've tried almost all of the Pilates instructors and found them all to be very good to great. I want to point out a very special instructor, Courtney Luker. I have done Pilates for over 15 years and she is hands down the best instructor I have ever had. I get a great and varied workout every time I attend her class which always starts on time (very important to me...some studios wait for that last person to possibly show up which is a complete insult to the other students). Courtney has fabulous flow to her instructions and she is adamant about form and breath. She has a darling personality and truly is a joy to be around. Thank you Courtney and Power Yoga & Pilates I'll be seeing you soon!
