This was what Solar City said after I wrote a review on Yelp; "It is truly unfortunate to know that you went through that. Thankfully, we have a detailed account of what happened and who we have to escalate it to. We want you to know that we have not forgotten about you."
Then what? That's right, they forgot us. First they sent us a message saying they were busy and that we should try to contact customer care for further assistance. Customer care lectured me, saying six months of delays is not uncommon at Solar City, so I should not be asking them to compensate us for the solar credits we lost out on the past two months, during needless delays. He also told me we wouldn't have earned much in credits anyway, because it is winter in Phoenix. I told him I get tired of being dumped from one representative to the next at Solar City, with none of them showing any concern about what happened to us. I replied their social media representative and told her she can continue to ignore me and I would continue writing Yelp reviews of Solar City, warning other potential victim's to avoid doing business with them.
