  • Pretentious, condescending, and horrible customer service. I do my best to support local businesses in the Pittsburgh area but with their horrible work ethic it makes me not want to buy local. I was not greeted, looked at, or even acknowledged. It seems that hanging frames on a wall (it took two employees to do so) was more important then their commitment to the customer. They need to either appreciate the reason why they are in business (the customer) or call it quits.
